We aim to process your returned garment within 7 days, but please allow up to 14 days for exchange or refund.

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us within 28days and we will give you a refund or exchange providing the garment has not been worn. Please be aware that jpDirect.co.uk does not offer a free returns policy.

 

Please complete the returns slip at the bottom of your delivery note stating clearly which garment you are returning and the action you would like us to take. If you request a refund, the amount you paid will be returned into your bank account. If you request an exchange please indicate which size you require. Alternatively, if you are choosing a different garment, please state the Product Code, Size and Colour you require. If the exchange garment is cheaper in price we will automatically refund the difference. However, if the exchange garment is more expensive, then we will contact you for further payment authorisation. It is our policy not to charge postage for any exchanged garment being sent to you.

 

If you have mislaid your delivery note, simply enclose a covering letter with your name and full address together with your requirments.

 

jpDirect.co.uk does not offer a free collection service for returned garments. Therefore, take your parcel to the post office and request the standard delivery service. If the value of the garment/s exceed £30 you are advised to opt for extra compensation. This ensures you are adequatley covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing during transit.

 

If your garment is faulty or incorrect sent, we will happily refund any postal costs. jpDirect.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any returned parcel lost in the post. Therefore, please keep your reciept as proof of postage.

 

You are now able to return parcels to jpDirect from around £3. Collect+ are based in local stores and is backed by PayPoint, the UK's largest payment network. Home Delivery Network (who deliver over 300,00 parcels every day) will then collect your parcel. To find your nearest Collect+ store visit www.collectplus.co.uk. This service can be used for parcels up to 10kg.
